RATES

 NOTES:

• Rates are quoted and invoiced in $ (USD DOLLAR) and inclusive of Government Tax (VAT).
• All rates are per room per night based on double occupancy, Villas for 4 adults and Royal Duplexes for 4 adults on half board; including buffet breakfast and dinner.
• Alcoholic Beverages are not served in our hotel.
• Child discount is only applicable in the same room with parents ; 0-6 years old child free, 7-12 years old child 50% discount, 12 years old and for 3. person above 12 years old 30% discount. Calculation of Child age will be as day/month/year.

DEFINITE RESERVATION and CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 50 % of the total accommodation amount has to be paid before arrival to the hotel to guarantee the booking.
• Total payment will be refund only If you cancel your reservation before 30 days of arrival to the hotel.
• 20 % of payment will be refund, only If you cancel your reservation before 15 days of arrival to the hotel.
• 10 % of payment will be refund, only If you cancel your reservation one week before arrival to the hotel.
• The hotel does not make any refund for late cancellations less than a week. No Shows will be fully charged according to your anticipated stay.
• In the event of an early departure during your confirmed stay you will be fully charged for your stay.
